Echo Show, Home Screen, Background Photos

Does anyone know why the Echo Show, Home Screen, Background Photos only rotate every 10 minutes? It is a very long interval and quite irritating.  It would be nice to be able set the interval like you can for a picture photo slideshow. Anyone know if Amazon has any plans to change this?

On your Echo Show swipe down from the top of the screen and touch Settings.
Then touch Home Screen to choose whether you want to show Amazon backgrounds or your own photos.
Go back and touch Display > Photo Slideshow to change the speed of your photo slideshow.

The “Photo Slideshow” setting only affects the speed of slideshows when you ask Alexa to display your photo albums (e.g. “Alexa, display my album name photo album”. It doesn’t affect the speed of rotation of background images, which according to the documentation (https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=202158750) is fixed at 10 minutes:
