For INNR, you need a Philips Hue bridge or an INNR bridge. The Hue bridge is more versatile, I'd recommend that one.
'Some smart sockets' may or may not require a bridge, depends on the type and brand. Some are even Hue compatible like osram smartplugs. So, what exactly did you buy?

BTW, as a tip, do not buy a Hue bridge new. Either buy a starterkit or buy a bridge from MP or Tweakers.net as there are a lot of ppl buying extra starterkits so you can buy an unused bridge v2 for ~25 euro.

Never heard of innr, but a quick google search revealed that they are Philips Hue compatible. So you will need a Phlips Hue Bridge, like this one on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Philips-Bridge-HomeKit-Google-Assistant/dp/B016H0QZ7I
