Alexa Tap Audio Through Kindle Only

I was working on a Alexa Tap that was setup by someone else, and on a Kindle with other apps on it from another family user.  I could only get Audio Through Kindle, and was able to talk to the Kindle as it was Alexa?  So all seems to be connected fine but the Audio is only coming through Kindle.  Alexa keeps saying it is having problems or something to that effect, and the light on top is Red.

Solid red lights    The microphone is muted while in hands-free mode. Press and hold the Play/Pause button for three seconds to turn on the microphone.
