Echo Show fails to set up

Hi,

My echo show fails to complete the setup. It gets to the very end and then shows a web page that says “You are already a prime member. Redirecting..”.  This then just redirects to the main amazon web page instead of completing the setup. My wifes account who does not have prime membership works fine at this point and shows a page asking to sign up for prime music.

Anyone know how to fix this? Amazon support has not been helpful, just going through the same old factory reset steps.

I've never seen that message on my Echo Show when I set it up. But I would think that since Echo Show already knows who you are, the setup is already done. So I would guess that you can just ask Alexa something and see if she responds.
