Amazon Echo can't see new play lists
« on: April 27, 2018, 06:31:33 am »
My setup is an echo dot 2nd gen- set up on my principal amazon account, and I have the echo dot music unlimited program as well.  I recently added a new play list, but Alexa alleges she can't see it.  I have renamed it, deleted it and attempted to make a new playlist - all of which seem to be invisible.  Is there a way to refresh the playlists on the echo?
Any other suggestions?

There are several different Amazon Music Unlimited plans.
The Echo plan is locked to one Echo device and costs $3.99/month.
The Individual plan is for one account, on any device one at a time, at $7.99/month.
The Family plan is for 6 members on 6 devices at the same time, for $14.99.

Which plan do you have? If you have the Echo plan, then you can only get Amazon Music Unlimited on the one Echo device that you setup initially. You can change it to another Echo device by calling Amazon.
