Alexa will not play Smooth Jazz Florida

Hi all

I am trying to get my Alexa to play Smooth Jazz Florida radio station but it seems without success.

Can anyone please advise how

I think the key is to always have the word ‘radio’ in the request, otherwise Alexa goes off hunting for a genre! And yes, it is a good station - I’ve added it to my Favourites.
