Can't add profile to Household.

Hi,

I tried to add my profile in my girlfriend's Alexa app to the Household profile. After I click on Start it asks me to pass the device to the person to login and after I click ok it just keeps showing me that buffering dots. It goes nowhere from that point. I tried the same from my phone to add her and I faced same issue. Is this a bug?

I still can't do it on app but I got the job done on alexa web app.

I have Spotify Family.
My Spotify account is linked to my Echo devices.
My wife has her own Spotify account within that Spotify Family package.
I wanted to add my wife to the Alexa Household through the web app on desktop.
She enters her Amazon credentials and then we're sent back to installing an Echo device ?!
I have stopped there because I was afraid to break my current working setting.
I was surprised to land on those pages that don't seem to have any relationship with adding a user to the household :-/
Anyone has a clear tutorial on how to do that please ?
