Echo Dot Speech Slows Down/Alexa Slurs Speech

Got a second generation Dot in December to replace an older one. The new one is in the same physical location as the old one. I am experiencing issues where the "speech" seems to slow down after a while almost like it's slurring. I notice this with both Alexa speaking as well as when streaming music. If I pull the power and plug the Dot back in it seems to clear up for a few days.  I have also done a hard reset to see if that fixes the issue but it still comes back after about a few days. I moved my older Dot to a new location that is further away from my AP and it is still working fine.

Sounds like a bad power supply as a test swap the old dot  with the new ones power supply.
