Dot comes on late at night

I have Echo plus, two dots and a show.  For the last two nights the one dot in the bed room comes on, one night it came on at 3:45am and last night at 1am.  The first night the blue ring came on stayed on and than went off. Last night it came on and than something started to play.  I said Alexa off and it stopped.  I do not have any bluetooth hooked up or cell phones.  I checked the history for both days and there were no entries at those times.

It just could have been updating.  If it continues, I would contact Echo Support. And unplug it for five minuets to clear out any glitch.

did you check your history back a day or so to make sure some family member or friend is not messing with you.

It's just my wife and me and she has no idea how to use the units other than talking to it.  I did unplug it and let it set, figuring that would take care of the problem, but last night around 12pm it did it again, I wouldn't mind it so much but it lights up the bedroom and wakes us up.  I will give it a few more days than I will contact technical and see if they have any ideas.  Thanks for your suggestions.

Have you set the Dots quiet time so it doesn't disturb you at night?
My bedroom dot is setup like this and Ive never had any activity from it after the quiet time.
