Whole house announcements?

When setting up Reminders, Alarms, and Timers is it possible to have the notifications come from all the Echos in your house?

I have a defined Group that has my Echo Plus and my Echo in it called "Everywhere". Is there a verbal command to give Alexa to have a whole-house announcement which would presumably include the word "Everywhere". I've tried various combinations of "Alexa, set an alarm for 7 30 pm everywhere" type of thing but the announcement only comes from the device that heard my request.

Your announcements will go to each device i.e. Alexa announce "Dinner is ready".

Notifications like "package will arrive today" goes to all my devices.

I believe with alarms you would have to to click on each room's device to set up the alarm to go off on each device i.e. Ray's room and then set 7:30 alarm, Chloe's room and set 7:30 alarm.
