Hi
I have a harmony remote, which until recently linked and works perfectly to control my TV, via Alexa. However, for the last 2 weeks nothing i have done has allowed me to re-enable the skill. I have cleared the cache and data in both Apps, logged out and logged back in. I've even uninstalled both apps, re-installed them but no matter what I do I can't re-enable the skill. The issue, it appears is the harmony skill won't link to my Amazon login details. I get to the authorise stage in the App but it just won't link the accounts.
Any help would be gratefully received, as to coin a phase, "It's doing my box in"!! big time
