Please let me know you've had trouble with your Alexa/Echo device not responding or just plain getting it all wrong way too often.

Absolutely gets it wrong too often. We often say something and she confuses it, and then my husband will say the same thing to see if she understands him better and she doesn't. So we say forget it. She has a really hard time hearing things unless we ever so slowly enunciate and then can get timed out doing that.
