Power on question

 I have an Echo Plus in my computer room and a Dot in my bedroom.
  I totally power off the Plus at night, but keep my Dot powered on.
 I have a smart plug on my Plus. Now my question. Is it possible to have the Plus play a station on Iheart when it is
first powered on from having no power all night ( I turn on the smart plug for the Plus from the Dot in my bedroom)?

Yes make a routine to do just that.

 New to this, but I will give it a try.
 Pretty easy, thank you. I "ASSUME" I can also have it power up my Plus first, wait till it is ready and THEN play the station I want?
 Thank you for pointing my in the right direction.

UPDATE: It appears it is a two step process as there is no delay option, that I can see anyway. I have to first power on the Plus via the Dot and then wait 30 seconds or so to start the routine ( which works great). If I add the power on option to the routine, everything else fails because it takes time for the Plus top come fully online.
 So if anyone has any ideas on how to add a delay, I am all ears.
