Echo Spot

Well, my new Echo Spot arrived today, but it's a bit of a problem to set it up.

There is no option on the Alexa app to set up a Spot - either on my pc or my tablet.

Even though the Spot is connected, and I've signed in to my Amazon account on it, it does not appear on my list of devices.

What's going on?

Yes, I've done all that but they still do not show up on the Alexa app in the device list.

Amazon help desk is looking into it for me.

Strange behaviour. Hope help desk can find a solution.

The help desk wants me to reinstall the app and factory reset both of the Spots.......having asked for the DSN numbers last night.

Edited to add that their solution worked.  Bit of a pain to set them up as I had them last night, but that's ok.

If only I could get English skills on them!
