The title says it all. What's the best hub for Echo that can handle WEMOs?

actually the title does not say it all.  The hub you get depends on not only wemos but what you may expand to later.  It also depends upon the wemos themselves since not all of them needs a hub to work with the echo.

I would personally go with Smartthings.... It works with MOST wemo devices and has a ton of other devices for expansion.  I think any hub will have their challenges dealing with non-native devices.  The ones that don't work directly likely can integrate via IFTTT.
