Alexa skill will no longer Enable ewelink dimmer. Anyone else?

Good morning.
Purchased and installed the ewelink dimmer, it paired fine with their app after registration.
Enabled skill on Alexa app with no problems. Worked great via Alexa.

Now a month later Alexa can no longer control the dimmer nor will it allow me to "Enable" the skill. Constant message from ewelink (in the Alexa app) is no customer account. I've of course repaired the dimmer with the ewelink app fine but still will not enable in the Alexa skill app.

Cannot login to ewelink nor make a new account via browser.
Using the ewelink app dimmer works fine but no longer with Alexa.

Seeing people having issues with this as well? Anyone else? Suggestions please?

I guess you go the IFTT way? did you try to call either ewelink or alexa support find out what the real deal is?
