What does an Echo show in Network?

New to forum, forgive me if this has been covered;

However I have noticed that my Echo seems to have 2 listings on my network.

one is dp-1111aaaa, and the other is an AzureWave device.
If I unplug my echo both disconnect from the network. They have ip addresses one number apart in the last position. Is this normal? I have googled around to see if Echo uses Azurewave technology or wifi cards and I get no results.
The echo was bought used from someone I dont know, it seemed clean when I set it up but is it compromised somehow or is it having 2 separate network connections normal?

That's kind of weird. Neither of those identifiers should be associated with Amazon. But those identifiers are usually looked up from the first 3 segments of a MAC address from the network device. It is possible that your router is misidentifying your Echo from the MAC address.

Why not get the actual MAC address associated with the dp-1111aaaa and the AzureWave devices and compare it with the MAC address of your Echo. If it's not the same MAC address, then those devices are something else.

And having 2 network connections is not normal. I've never even heard of such a claim before.
