Creating a routine

I've read all the instructions on how to do this but I can't find where to do it.  I go to my Alexa homepage on my PC and I find everything like settings, playlist, etc. but there is no place for routines in the list.  What I'm I missing?

That option is only available in the app (no idea why...).
