Help Please with Alexa and Todoist

Hi - I'm new to Alexa and to Todoist ... My wife and I both have todoist installed and have a Household account on our  Alexa Echo - On my Todoist on my iPhone I can see the shopping list .. but on my wife's phone nothing shows up! Please help!

has it ever worked?  try logging out then log back in.  also go to the web app and see if the list is there.   also you can try uninstall the app then reinstall.
