Streaming Music from Spectrum

Our cable provider, Spectrum, has some terrific music channels. I can play them on the television, or on my laptop. What I'd love to be able to do is play them with Alexa. Is there any way to downstream Spectrum's music channels, say Channel 1949, which is easy listening? I'd be grateful for the advice. Thank you.

nope, but you might be able to find those channels through one of the services alexa does support.
