Echo Show not available on my alexa app.

I have two echo dots that are on my android alexa app and work fine.

I just purchased a Show and registered it to the same Amazon Prime account and it shows up in  amazon.com/alexa but not on the alexa app..

And if it makes any difference my echo dots don't show up on amazon.com/alexa either  (But not sure if I can be registered on both at the same time)

SOLVED...

I don't really utilize the echos alot right now..

And after going through all the settings I figured out the alexa app wasn't connected to and Amazon account.

Sounds like they are not in the same account. Or might be in the same account but registered in different countries.
If you're ok with the way it is, don't do a thing. But if you absolutely want them to be on the same account, do a factory reset on all of your Echo devices and go through the setup process for each one again.
