I have sent 3 emails to Amazon over the past week. Without even an acknowledgment that my problem is getting looked.
I recently received an Amazon Dot.
I set it up and signed up for the unlimited music trial which I was very happy with. After a week I changed broadband supplier. I followed the Dot instructions on changing my WIFI. It didn't work so I had to restart my Dot. Since changing the WIFI. I cant access the music it says there is an account already on the dot which needs removing.
I can't remove it or access it
So I cant listen to unlimited music which is our primary reason for having the Dot.
