I have never had a problem listening to my preset stations and usually listen to Shuffle station but recently Alexa can't even find Pandora Radio. My most recent favorite is Dire Straits and the only way I can get it to play all is to say exactly
" Alexa Play Shuffle station on Pandora Radio" and it will find my last played station, Dire Straits Radio and Play it. It's completely messed up. I have 2 Echo 2nd gens, Echo 1st gen, and 1 Echo Show
Anyone else?
