What are the exact words to have Alexa play either one of My Stations or to play Shuffle of My Stations?

does the following help

You can play a playlist by simply saying "Alexa, play playlist soso" You can then use voice commands to play, pause, or skip, shuffle tracks by saying "Alexa, shuffle"
