Alexa settings, 2 "This Device"

Alexa settings, 2 "This Device"

Hi all,

When logged into my Alexa account and select Settings, I see 2 "This Device"

Can't delete either one, what caused this and how can I get rid of one of them?

this device is the device you are accessing the account with.  for example, your smartphone.   do delete it, you have to uninstall the app.  do you also have any other amazon app open?   if not, you most likely will have to contact their customer support.
