Echo Spot Is Killing Me! Why won’t it just….

…work! Please help clever people. Set up as follows, one Echo works a dream, ask it play music, daily briefing, lights etc. etc. Second Echo Spot in a different room, registered to the same account etc. etc. The Spot can see things like the lights, responds to requests for info etc.

However, whenever I ask it play music or the flash briefing, it announces its doing it then nothing. Any request made after that it tells me that “Sorry something went wrong” – about 6 hours later it ‘comes back’ online and again can control lights etc.

I’ve tried everything, factory reset, checked where it thinks it is geographically, everything I can think of. Send a support request to Amazon via the app 2 weeks ago and not heard anything back. Can someone please help me as its killing me why it won’t work!!!

Anytime my devices say okay but don't actually do anything it's usually because they misheard me or just din't hear full request. It might be the microphone array is not working properly.
