Alexa / Vizio TV

I purchased a Vizio Smart TV that works with Alexa.  I setup everything as stated.  Everything worked fine.  Could turn it on/off, change channels, etc...  A couple days later it won't turn it on.  Say's "TV not responding".  Everything else still works.  Anyone have an idea on this?  Thanks

Unplug both devices for 5 mins,plus, then plug in and try again.

I'm having a problem with my LG smat tv it will turn off and do everything else but it won't turn on, any suggestions.

try turning on the tv the regular way, then turn it off using alexa.   that is what I had to do with a smart plug for my tvs.
