Tv control through Harmony hub

I have a new Echo Spot and a Logitech Harmony hub. I can turn the tv on or off via Alexa but sometimes when I try to change channels or show the guide etc, it says it can’t find a compatible device. Other times it works just fine. It always lets me turn the TV off via voice control so it knows it’s there.
Any ideas why it only occasionally takes commands?

Which skill did you use, the red one or the blue one? Or both?
