group plays on one device only

Hi all, I have set up a group for my 2nd gen Echo and my 3rd gen dot, when I tell the echo to play music/radio on the group it only sounds on the dot - what am I missing?

Not all music will play in group mode. What service are you trying to use?

Radio 2, and amazon unlimited, it did work, now it doesn't sooooo frustrating

Amazon should. I don't know about the other one. Are you specifically namimg the group when you ask it to play, i.e. "Alexa, play Bruce Springsteen on (Name of your group)"

If all else fails, remove the group and create it again.
