"Sorry, I didn't find a device named _______"

Hello, new member here.

I'm having a problem getting Alexa to recognize a group of lights, There are 2 bulbs in a ceiling fixture. Both the Hue app and the Alexa app work fine from my phone and can turn on/off each individual light OR the group of the 2 of them. But I can't control the group with my voice (but I can turn each of them on/off individually with my voice). I've called the group "Overhead" and when I ask to turn it on/off, Alexa says "Sorry, I didn't find a device named overhead".

A search for "Alexa can't find group" returned 1 post which didn't answer my question. If this has already been answered, could you point me in the right direction?

where is the group setup at, in the hue app or alexa app?
