Alexa Routine - by request device

Hi.
I have Echo Dot in all rooms in house. So, now I want to make routines based on devices. When I say "Lights Off" in Kids Room and request is coming from kids room Dot then to turn off the lights only in kids room. Is it this possible?

Yes. Use the app (not the website) and create Smart Groups for each room, each containing the echo in that room plus all the lights in that room.
