Echo SPOT, need help identifying

My buddy is trying to sell me an Echo Spot that says "brand" on the back and just under it says "DVT." I assume they're supposed to say Amazon, but I'm unsure. Looks the same otherwise. Is this real or fake?

The one you posted is probably a knockoff.
