Alexa's Yellow Ring

Alexa seems to be "stuck" with that yellow ring.  I asked her to read messages - she says I have none. So I asked her to read notifications, she says I have none.  So what else can I say to get rid of the yellow ring?

I have no idea what to try next, so if it was me, i would call amazon echo free customer support at 1-877-375-9365.  Or, you can check out this post I added here just yesterday!

I got rid of it!  She said I did not have any new messages  and I did not have any new notifications.  So, in both cases, I told her to delete all of them.  That did the trick!!  It no longer blinks yellow!
