My partners contact list has disappeared from her echo plus app, the only contact she now has is mine. When she starts the app both our names show on the opening screen, ie are you ..... or are you ........
We’ve tried disabling contacts and re enabling them.
Any ideas on what has happened and how to get her contacts back
