Spotify stopt working after Spotify requested a password update

A couple of days ago Spotify made me change my password, and now I can't get Alexa to connect to Spotify anymore. It's greyed out in Default Services and when I want to "Link new services" pressing the Spotify button doesn't do anything. My content location is set to US so it should work?

What to do ............. ????

Unlink the Spotify account that’s currently linked
Link a new one
