Amazon music setup problem.

I live in Spain and cannot setup my echo with the amazon music unlimited account. I have tried the ask Alexa, Try Amazon music unlimited. I then get the reply, sorry I’m having trouble. Any ideas would be a great help.

Use the website to set it up. Here we use alexa.amazon.com.  You probably have a Spanish version? Got to settings, Music Services, Acccount Settings, Choose Amazon Music as your default source. I can't set much of anything up verbally. Website is best.
