MyMusic not showing on Alexa app

Hi, when I enter the Alexa App and press for (Amazon) MyMusic nothing happens but 3 circles appear moving across the screen. Can't even override them and go to any of the other items on the App. Tried re installing but get the same problem. All my tracks still show on PC and Amazon Music App.

Just checked and mine is not doing that. Sorry no suggestions other than disabling app, turn off phone and try again.

Thx tried that and disabled Amazon Music but still no joy.

I have found with the Alexa App many swirling circles etc. often go away in a day or two on their own. Fingers crossed.
