Building a spreadsheet type inventory list

I am wondering how I can build an inventory list.  For example, build a list of what and how much is in your deep freezer.  Lets say I tell Alexa to add 15 ribeye to the freezer list.  I use one this week.  How do I reduce the number of ribeye steaks by 1 without asking how many ribeyes are on the list, remove the rib eyes, add back 14.  Would think that I can say Alexa subract 1 ribeye from the freezer list......
