New to Amazon Echo Show. Bought 2 devices so that our son with learning difficulties could video chat with us from the place he lives. He will have to use the "Tap" accessibility feature, not voice recognition as his diction is too poor.
The two devices are registered with separate email addresses and Amazon accounts. He does not have a mobile phone.
(The App is on one of our iPhones.) At the moment I can't find my way get this to work as I thought that it was a matter of setting up a 'household' on our Amazon account.
It all seemed straightforward when I did my research. Anyone able to put me out of my misery?
