I have 3 devices. An Echo, a Tap, and a Dot. When I try and update my device locations for each device, the app says it is “unable to save your settings”. If I just use zip code, it tells me the zip code (89135) is invalid. Another strange item is if I do get one of the devices to change the address, the other devices will be changed to an address that isn’t mine. Echo technical support knows about the problem but it still isn’t fixed. Any ideas?
