Alexa Harmony routine for TV

My harmony hub has an activity called "television" that works fine by voice-setting the input, turning on the TV and the cable box. "Turn off television " also works by voice.

It used to turn off the television as part of a "good night" routine.  For some reason it stopped working. When I  called Amazon support , they said that routines didn't work with outside vendor activities.
Any suggestion?
If there is no harmony solution , can anyone tell me a device I can buy that will turn on and off my TV and cable box from within an Alexa routine.

Harmony works great with Alexa.  Go to your routines and create a new routine or select edit and click the  (ADD Action +)
then select "Smart Home", then "Control Scene" . (Make sure you enable the Harmony Skill) and then Discover devices.  Under Scenes all of the Harmony activities will now be listed.  Just select which you want to include.    My good night routine shuts off my TV every night.  Good luck.
