How to set up video call to video call on Show 5

Hi,

I recently bought 2 x Show 5 to be able to video call my elderly mother in a different country.
She's forever calling me and wasting her money on telephone bills.

Unfortunately the Show 5 doesn't come with a manual, so I'm not sure how to set up a Show 5 to video call another Show 5.

Would anyone please know if I can find a step by step guide online anywhere?

Appreciate any advice you can give me.
