Echo Studio and Airplay

I have been hoping that the new Echo Studio will support streaming via airplay 2. I found one site that indicated it might, but have yet to see a firm confirmation. If so, I will be ordering several studios, but without it, will stick with the sonos speakers I have. Anybody got some info on whether the Studio will have this feature? Thanks.

If it's Apple don't count on it. Historically Apple has rarely played nice with other hardware manufacturers. And when it does, it usually comes years later after pressure from consumer outrage.
