Bought this as a smart bedside clock so sunrise alarm feature was a big selling point. I've followed the feature directions which seem very basic - it worked for a few days, then I unplugged and re-selected feature based on forum research advice, it worked one more day, then nothing. With all other skills and features working properly, this sunrise alarm issue feels like a bug - my research shows many are experiencing the same problem.
Is there a future fix in the making?
