My wife is in assisted living and I had her show set up for drop in. Today I tried to see her and it connects but says the remote camera is off. Is there a way for me to turn it on from my place. Since the coronavirus they've shut down her facility to all visitors, including me. Please help. I always worry about her in the nursing home.
