How to change a users name

I have just bought an Echo and I set up my own voice profile without a problem When my wife came to set her voice up for recognition Alexa misheard and gave her the name WOW  Now for some reason we can't change her name and Alexa sill calls her WOW. This might be very flattering for her but her name is VAL (or Valerie).  Can somebody help with clear instructions on how to get her to be called by her right name, please?

best you can do is to delete the voice profile and redo it.  not sure if it will fix the problem.  also you may need to contact amazon about the pronunciation of the name
