I do all my beloved elder's shopping. If she uses Alexa/Echo Show 8 to keep a running shopping list, do I have access to the list when I do her shopping online? I do not have access to her house due to lockdown, but her device is on my account.

If it's on your Amazon account, you should see it in the list in your Alexa app.

if you have access to her amazon account you have access to her shopping list.  there is also a skill called list assistant.  install it and it will email you her shopping list on command
