Help! Amazon app extremely slow and sluggish.

I have an Amazon echo dot, two fire tablets, and two fire TV sticks. I'm also running Alexa on my LG thinq phone. For some reason, the app is extremely slow to load and sluggish on my Android phone. However on my work iPhone the app runs very smoothly. I tried logging out, uninstalling and reinstalling the app oh, but still slow. I know it's not a network issue because it works great on my second phone. It is all so slow on my fire tablets, but not as slow as my phone. Has anyone dealt with this, and if so can you give me any advice? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

just because it works good on one phone does not mean it is not a network issue.   is it sluggish on both the home network and mobile network?  exactly what phone model?  you can still try a power cycle on the router, pull the plug for a 20 count, then plug it back in.  also you can try wiping the cache partition on the phone.
