Stuttering

Hi - over the last couple of days my echo has started stuttering all the time when playing the radio and sometimes turns off completely. Any ideas on how I can fix this please? Thanks

Stuttering usually has to do with a poor wifi signal. I recommend rebooting your Echo device, your Wifi router (and modem if it's separate). You know, the usual turn it off and turn it back on.

when you reboot, pull the plug, not use the on/off switch.  try pulling the plug on the echo for at least 40 seconds.   If it does not help, try the router.  pull the plug for a 20 count.
