Amazon devices unavailable on Black Friday

Is it just me, or does anyone else see many discounted Amazon devices "unavailable" today for Black Friday? I've been checking several devices for more than a week now and many have been unavailable for the entire time.

For example, Echo buds, Echo show 5, Echo flex, dot (3rd gen), Echo auto, Echo dot kids edition (4th gen) and more.

where have you been checking?   amazon has most of what you mentioned available.  The only exception I saw was the kids version and it will be available Dec 9.   You can order now and still get the discount
